Express Automobile Insurance has an immediate opening for a complete time position as a Phone Operator/Customer Solution Rep.
Duties and Responsibilities typically include but are not restricted to:.
**** Responses and courses incoming calls on a digital telephone system.
**** Does data source retrieval for directory site details.
**** Provides info acquired from a range of sources such as insurance business, and public regarding basic insurance coverage, telephone number, operational hrs, etc
. **** Assists customers in identifying necessities then transmitting calls appropriately to personnel using our online messaging device.
**** Multitasks by processing in-office consumer payments while answering/transferring telephone call.
**** Scanning submits into our electronic customer database, with focus on:.
a. Sort of file.
b. Orientation and placement.
c. Photo quality.
d. Correct client name and barcode.
**** Troubleshoot and fix minor concerns individually.
Minimum Qualifications.
*** MUST be well-versed in talking English and spanish.
*** At the very least 1 year of console encounter in a busy, customer service oriented position.
*** Understanding of: Computer procedures to consist of the use of email, internet browser, Skype, and client service techniques.
*** Capacity to: Think rapidly and interact by mouth with a variety of customers; take care of a higher quantity of calls.
*** Should be a TEAM-PLAYER!
