Who we are?

We are a young professional couple who works full-time. We travel a lot for work and that's one of the reasons we are looking for a roommate. Sometimes we have friends over in the weekends, but nothing out of the ordinary. We are easygoing, very clean and organized.

We would like to live with other full-time working professionals or students who are ideally between 20 and 40 years old, females are preferred and no couples.

We are looking for a roommate that has his/her life together, clean, respectful, has a stable job, responsible, able to pay his/her rent in a timely manner, quiet, drama-free, drug-free, non-smokers, and mindful of not wasting utilities. We do not allow pets inside the house and no overnight guests.

How is the house and the room?

The house is entirely renovated with full amenities: Brand new kitchen area, dishwasher, gas stove, living room, dining room, 4 bedrooms, 3 private bathrooms, laundry room with washer & dryer, beautiful pool and jacuzzi in the back yard, high speed Wifi and access to our ROKU multimedia entertainment which includes subscription to Netflix and Amazon Prime.

We have one room available for rent immediately in a 4 bedroom house in south Summerlin. The room is light and bright and have a medium size window overlooking a fountain.

Room has a medium size closet with a mirror and is large enough to accommodate queen size bedroom set. The bedroom could be rent furnished but we can also rent it unfurnished if you like.

If furnished, bedroom will have a queen bed, two beautiful nightstands, two lamps, a desk, a chair and a small refrigerator. You will have your own bathroom.

We would share the kitchen, entertainment area, living room, pool, spa and laundry room. Parking is available on the drive way.

How is the neighborhood?

Very nice and safe neighborhood. We are located in Summerlin. Great shopping all around.

10 miles away from the Strip. Close to Red Rock Casino, Summerlin Parkway and 215 Freeway.

What is the price, terms and conditions?

1. $700 rent with all utilities included + $350 deposit (applied to last month if no damage).

2. Month-to-month lease with 1 month notice.

3.For short term renting $1000 per month

General rules:

- In order to have a healthy environment, you must properly clean and be responsible for cleaning after your guests, especially in common places like the kitchen to prevent potential damage and disease.

- No shoes on carpet.

- For safety reasons, only significant guests are allowed. You are responsible for the actions of your guest(s) and they must adhere to these same house rules. You must please notify us of your guest's arrival in advance.
